(P60-976) Cabriolets (convertibles) are one of the most desirable collector models.
This 356 Porsche has undergone a recent total comprehensive rotisserie restoration to Show Driver level performed by marquee specialist’s Classic Showcase.
History
In 1960 the Porsche was the most radical looking yet. The Porsche had a T-5 body with high bumpers, raised-center hubcaps and headlights mounted higher on the front fenders which made the fender line straighter from the windshield to the top of the light. In addition with the raised bumpers in front and back, it increased parking protection. Inside, the rear seats were lowered for more passenger head room, and the rear seat backs were split so three persons and some luggage could be carried. The front compartment opening was rounded at the leading edge.
