1967 Volkswagen 21 Window Micro Bus  Deluxe

History

This vehicle is a first place show winner in the VW Classic, at Irvine Meadows. It had a dealer brochure and was a California original bus. Everything was restored and/or replaced to like new or better condition. The bus took first place at the VW Classic meet in Irvine, CA.

Mechanical

Complete restoration by Classic Showcase, engine rebuilt with all German parts, no Brazilian, many NOS (new old stock) parts, NOS muffler, hard to find NOS belly pan, gas tank epoxy sealed, all new bushings, seals, brakes, rebuilt transmission, new clutch.

Body and Interior

Body stripped to bare metal, fitted, metal worked, painted, color sanded, and buffed to the high gloss finish. The fit is excellent.

“One off” interior (exact copy created to match original, only one produced), seat frames powder coated, German carpet in cargo area, rubber mats, all new rubber and seals.
